Dalhart Rotary Club hears from District GovernorRotary District Governor Brenda Debons presented a banner to Barbie Walker, President of the Dalhart Rotary Club, on Thursday August 20. The Dalhart Rotary Club is proud to be associated with the worldwide services that Rotary International provides. The Dalhart Rotary Club provides annual scholarships, the Camp RYLA experience, and volunteers for the XIT watermelon feed and rodeo ticket sales among other activities.
