We have embraced digital technology for some time, and going forward we will deliver one issue per week—on Thursdays—in print instead of two, while upgrading our daily website postings at thedalharttexan.com. The printed newspaper will be much like the paper you’re used to, but the website will be updated much more frequently, providing timely information on a daily basis. Those updates will include obituaries. “Change is always hard,” said Cerise Ripps, Editor of the Texan. “But as the costs of printing and delivering a printed newspaper continue to skyrocket, it has become clear that we must adapt to a new way of serving our readers.
