Representatives of the Dalhart Area Chamber of Commerce and other supporters were present Tuesday morning for the Ribbon Cutting at Ryan’s Meat Market. The market is owned by Ryan and Christy Swain and is located at 2012 E. 13th Street in Dalhart.
