Rita Blanca splash pad now open
The splash pad at the Rita Blanca Lake Center has been open for nearly a month, opening the week of XIT. The splash pad is part of a series of renovations at the lake center that will ultimately cost $350,000, with $150,000 coming from the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department and the rest coming from the City of Dalhart, including donations.
