Gabino Ruben Acosta was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third-degree felony and two counts of burglary of building, a state-jail felony. Bond was set at $25,000. Tony Lynn Collins was charged with driving while intoxicated, a third degree felony. A personal recognizance bond was set at $1,000 under SCRAM conditions. Derek Duane Luera was charged with two counts of assault against a public servant, a third-degree felony. A personal recognizance bond was set at $1,000.
