ArchivesHigh speed chase ends in Potter Co.By IVY HOLLINGSWORTH Dalton Earl Bolton, 26 of Amarillo, was arrested and booked into the Potter County Jail after a high-speed chase beginning in Dalhart and spanning several counties. According to Trooper Cindy Barkley, Bolton was driving a 2007 Dodge Nitro at approximately 3:50 p.m. in Dalhart when Dalhart police officers attempted to stop him for a traffic violation. Bolton reportedly evaded police through several counties, ending at the Canadian Bridge.
