Spring is around the corner as baby goats and calves are popping up across the northwest Texas panhandle. These four baby goats andtheir mother are recent additions to the herd of Sheila Sinclair in Dalhart. As of yesterday, Sinclair had a total of 19 baby goats, with fourgoats expected to give birth in the near future.
