ArchivesBi-County Junior Livestock Show kicks off Thursday
By NIXIE SANDERSON The Dallam and Hartley Bi-County JuniorLivestock Show is set to kick off tomorrow atthe Rita Blanca Coliseum. A total of 96 FFA members from Channing,Dalhart, Hartley and Texline schools, as wellas 157 4-H members from both Dallam andHartley Counties are prepared to show theirlambs, goats, heifers, steer, rabbits and swineat this year’s show. Competition begins Thursday with the lambshow at 1 p.m., followed by lamb showmanship,the goat show and goat showmanship. The peewee lamb and goat showmanship competitionwill follow.
