The County Library announces the Summer Reading Program for Dallam - Hartley County children. The 2010 Texas Summer Reading Club theme is Catch the Reading Express! The reading club provides opportunities for children ages 5 through 12 to enjoy reading. Sign-up will be June 1 through June 30 Reading Club begins July 7, at the Dalhart Youth Center. Kick-off party on July 7 will be presented by KACV our local PBS station; they will be presenting the Cyberchase Summer Challenge.
