The Amarillo Field Office of the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation (TDI-DWC) is hosting a brown bag educational session for health care providers, employers, human resource managers, claim adjusters, case managers and employee organizations on Monday, August 17, 2009. The topic is 81st Legislative Session: Key Workers’ Compensation Legislation. This free session will be held from noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Amarillo Field Office, 7112 IH-40 West, Building D. Registration will take place on Tuesday, August 18. 8th grade registration 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. 7th grade 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 6th grade1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Students moving here from out of district need to bring students’ social security card, birth certificate, shot records and previous school information. Parents need to bring a current drivers license. 7th & 8th grade athletes need to have a current physical on file. Physical forms and school supply list available in the junior high office.
