If during this course of the meeting, any item on the agenda should be held in executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such executive or closed session in accordance with Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551. Notice is hereby given of the Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Dalhart, to be held at Dalhart City Hall on Thursday, July 29, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. The following business will be considered: Consider accepting Texas Department of Transportation Grant for TxDOT Project No.: AM 2010 DALHT and consider ratifying and adopting all statements, representations, warranties, covenants, agreements, and all terms and conditions of the Grant. Grant is for airport water tower painting. Consider authorizing Greg Duggan, as City Manager, to execute the Grant on behalf of the City of Dalhart. |
