The Dalhart Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Dalhart cordially invite you to celebrate Independence Day with us. The Annual July 4th Community Fireworks display is scheduled for Sunday, July 4, at the Rita Blanca Lake after dark. Personal fireworks AE NOT ALLOWED within the city limits of Dalhart or at the Rita Blanca Lake area. Dalhart Police Officers will be on patrol throughout the park to ensure a safe and fun event for the entire community. Those caught littering or lighting fireworks will be fined.
