Dalhart Intermediate School will host a Scholastic Book Fair on February 1-5 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Book Fair will be held in room 105. The proceeds from this Book Fair will be used to improve the collection of the school library. On Tuesday, February 2, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., a Family Night event will be held. Refreshments will be served. A gift certificate will be awarded to one DIS student in each grade attending the Family Night. The Book Fair will offer specially priced books and educational products, including new releases, award-winning titles, children’s classics, interactive software, ... DHS Counseling Center is seeking scholarship grantors who have not yet contacted us regarding 2010 scholarships. If you intend to award a scholarship to some of our students, please contact us at the DHS Counseling Center. The names of the contact person sometimes changes from year to year and we may not have the new contact’s number. Also, if you desire to give a new scholarship and want to set that up, we would be glad to help you. Dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m. and will consist of Pork Tenderloin with Raspberry Sauce, Sweet Green Beans, Loaded Mashed Potatoes, Homemade Dinner Rolls, Spring Mix Salad, Valentine Cheesecake, Tea and Coffee. All proceeds benefit the FBC Youth Camp Scholarship Fund. Please make your reservations no later than Monday, February 8th, by calling the church office at 244-5584. |
