Did you know Wednesday at the Dalhart Senior Center is bring a friend day? If you are a member of the Dalhart Senior Center and bring a friend on Wednesdays, they too can eat for a price. On Wednesday, October 7 Dalhart Jr. High will have an early release day. All students will be dismissed to go home at 1:00 p.m. Parents may come beginning at 2:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. to pick up their student’s report card and meet their student’s teachers. Conferences for longer meetings with their respective teachers may be setup at this time. Dalhart Jr. High is a Title 1 school and there will be a brief discussion about what that means. Our goal for this day is for parents to be more informed about the teacher’s expectations and plan for their student’s success. We know that the more positive involvement a parent has in ... Open Arms Therapy invites horse lovers to support the organization through a raffle. Tickets are on sale now and up until the raffle which will be held on Halloween.
