City Council Meeting draws large crowd

Council Chambers at Dalhart City Hall were filled to near capacity Tuesday night with citizens and well-wishers on hand to witness the swearing in of a new mayor and incumbent city council members. Outgoing Mayor Kevin Caddell called the meeting to order and delivered some farewell remarks.
