Dalhart’s Eta Epsilon Sorority has had a very busy year. And due to the civic and social club’s efforts, many area families are much better off.

Club members just finished tallying all of the Greeks on the Greens golf scramble donations and were able to help two families this year with the proceeds, according to golf chairman Lauren Waggoner.

But that’s not all the club is doing with the money and their work is not done either. Even though the members do not meet during the summer months, they still help at community events.
