Rogco Family 1, L.L.C. has purchased KXIT from Radio Dalhart Inc. which includes signals on 1240 AM and 99.3 FM broadcasting “Real Country” and 94.5 FM “The Pulse” broadcasting “Classic Rock.”  KXIT started broadcasting in 1946 and was purchased by George Chambers of Radio Dalhart in 2002.  Mr. Chambers was very thoughtful in pursuing a new owner for the station, as he wanted the station to stay in local hands to continue the care and concern for the Dalhart community.


Rogco Family 1, L.L.C. has purchased KXIT from Radio Dalhart Inc. which includes signals on 1240 AM and 99.3 FM broadcasting “Real Country” and 94.5 FM “The Pulse” broadcasting “Classic Rock.”  KXIT started broadcasting in 1946 and was purchased by George Chambers of Radio Dalhart in 2002.  Mr. Chambers was very thoughtful in pursuing a new owner for the station, as he wanted the station to stay in local hands to continue the care and concern for the Dalhart community.  Rogco is a Rogers family business which includes six siblings who live in the Dalhart area, central Texas and Colorado.  “KXIT has served the Dalhart community for 67 years.  Rogco is excited to continue that legacy of community service,” said Leslie Coffee, Dalhart resident and Rogco Manager.
