I have often wondered what it would be like to come to the end of a day and be able to say, “Ah, perfect.” Believing that we deserve a problem-free day much less a problem free life is an illusion.  This move from Texas is becoming quite a challenge. Instead of accepting the bumps in the road due to living in an imperfect world, I must admit I have failed and put on less than a happy face.



I have often wondered what it would be like to come to the end of a day and be able to say, “Ah, perfect.” Believing that we deserve a problem-free day much less a problem free life is an illusion.  This move from Texas is becoming quite a challenge. Instead of accepting the bumps in the road due to living in an imperfect world, I must admit I have failed and put on less than a happy face. Experiencing daily uncertainties in life and embracing them is not my forte. In fact, I must admit, I have failed miserably at times. I think I am learning that mastering a lesson the first time is much better than struggling and retaking the test!
Take for example the fact that we have now lived in the state of Pennsylvania for a month and have not come close to moving into a permanent home.  Getting closer—but have not seen the light at the end of the tunnel that allows us to say; we are home.
