The excitement of Christmas is in the air, and Dalhart has begun its holiday transformation in a traditional fashion. Lights are glowing on roof tops, wreaths have been hung on front doors and the date for the Christmas Tour of Homes has been selected.
Each holiday season, several Dalhart homes are decorated and opened to the public for tours for a charitable cause. The homeowner’s decorations reflect their love of Christmas and the holiday season and they enjoy sharing their festive decorating style with the community. The Eta Upsilon Christmas Tour of Homes is an annual tradition for the Dalhart area, and is one of the most
anticipated holiday events every year. This year’s tour will feature the residences of: Texan Publisher, Susan Clay at 1402 Yucca Drive, Carole and Ronnie Farris at 12411 US Highway 87, Roberta and Greg Howard at 10 Cimarron Drive and Susan and Ed Hopkins at 1205 Denver Avenue.
