     Title: Semi wreck claims the life of Amarillo twin

Hartley County Sheriff’s Department Deputy, Penny Louddar was the first officer on the scene of the fatal semi accident Wednesday, October 10, on Highway 87. The call came into the Dallam Hartley Counties 911 Dispatch Center at approximately 11:22 a.m. and the area’s entire staff of emergency response personnel launched into action.

Hartley County Sheriff’s Department Deputy, Penny Louddar was the first officer on the scene of the fatal semi accident Wednesday, October 10, on Highway 87. The call came into the Dallam Hartley Counties 911 Dispatch Center at approximately 11:22 a.m. and the area’s entire staff of emergency response personnel launched into action.
A semi marked as a Stock Building Supplies Amarillo, TX vehicle rear ended a semi with a loaded grain trailer hauling corn. The grain truck is owned by Trifecta Farms, a Dalhart based company. The Stock Building Supplies truck was driven by Ralph Scott. Scott was delivering building supplies to the apartment construction site located behind Dalhart High School.
