Bids were considered and awarded for seal coat for 2021 by the Dalhart City Council in their Tuesday evening  meeting.

“We actually had three bids. We’ve put a recommendation out there. The other two were extremely high, and  we recommend you going with G&G’s bid,” City Manager James Stroud said.

He said the base bid from G&G Operators was $196,307.72, which was accepted by the council. The council also  approved the preliminary plat from Thomas Berryman. The approval was made on the recommendation of the planning and zoning commission.
