THE DALHART TEXAN

Frank Phillips College, along with the Amarillo Area Foundation and Gene and Louise Rahll, announced a $1.5 million endowment gift as the foundation for a scholarship program. The Rahll’s contribution of $1.5 million establishes the initial funds for this future scholarship fund.

The Rahll Endowed Scholarship for the Future of Dalhart Fund at the Amarillo Area Foundation is the $1.5 million lead gift and will provide the framework for a yet-to-be-named scholarship program to help Dalhart students obtain a certificate or degree for living-wage jobs or build a base for a degree from a four-year university.
