Local voters decide new district, county attorneys Voters in Dallam and Hartley County had the opportunity to decide several contested offices in the March 3rd primary election. These elections also determined the winners in these races, as there were no democratic candidates in the local elections for the November General Election. In Dallam County, Whitney Hill defeated incumbent Jon King for election as county attorney.
