Elementary offers remote learning as quarantines increase

Dalhart Elementary School students were given the option to participate in remote asynchronous learning this week as the number of students in quarantine continues to rise. The decision was announced Friday by district administration. 

“We don’t think it’s an outbreak at the school. But, we want to give people the opportunity that if they feel like they want to get their kids out of the environment for a week, they can,” district superintendent Dr. Joe Alcorta said.
