Hartley County face mask waiver rescinded with more than 20 cases

The number of active COVID-19 cases in the Dallam and Hartley County area has been on the rise recently, with a total of 69 cases reported between the two counties on Wednesday afternoon. That’s up from 39 cases reported October 1 by the Dalhart Office of Emergency Management. 

Monday, local health authority Dr. Matt Turner issued a statement along with the daily COVID-19 report from the Dalhart Office of Emergency Management encouraging everyone to practice social distancing, wear a mask and to stay home if not feeling well.
