City seeks public input in development of parks master plan

The City of Dalhart is conducting an online survey as part of the development of a master parks plan for the city. 

The city is working with the Panhandle Regional Planning Commission to develop the plan, with the goal of applying for a grant for work to the park behind the Rita Blanca Lake Center. City Manager James Stroud told the council at a meeting last month that the development of a master parks plan will aide the city in future grant applications.
