ArchivesFirst wreck of new year in Hartley CountyBy Nixie Sanderson Emergency responders were on the scene of the first wreck of the new year Wednesday evening. According to information from the Dalhart Volunteer Fire Department, a call for an accident was reported at approximately 5:50 p.m. The collision was reported as a single vehicle accident with entrapment near the state line on Highway 54 in Hartley County. However, upon arrival, there was no entrapment.
