Hospital board reviews finances

Chief Financial Officer Joe Bradick presented the Dallam-Hartley County Hospital District Board with a financial statement review at their meeting Thursday evening. 

October gross patient revenue was $3,661,383, which is higher than October 2018 by $118,400. After adjusting for ambulance, 4C Lab, and ER Pro Fees in 2018, revenue is higher by $366,875. 

Bradick reported that expenses in October were higher than the prior year by $5,686. After adjusting for 4C Lab, expenses were higher by $96,145. Expenses include higher physician fees in the emergency department, as well as recruitment fees. Purchase services for the prior year also includes $90,459 for 4C Lab.
