Voters decide 10 state questions

Texas voters took to the polls Thursday in a state-wide election to consider 10 proposed constitutional amendments. All but the first of the proposed amendments passed. 

Proposition One would have allowed elected municipal judges to serve as a municipal judge in more than one municipality at a time. While appointed judges can serve in more than one municipality at a time, elected judges may not. This proposition would have changed that.
