Harp family reflects on fires at Project Canaan mission site

On the heels of a 10th anniversary celebration, fire burned through Project Canaan in Eswatini (formerly Swaziland) in July.

The mission complex is home to nearly 300 children, as well volunteers and employees who care for them. Project Canaan is also home to Dalhart’s Harp family.

 Barry and Shelly Harp, along with three sons, Nate, Sam and Eli, traveled to Project Canaan in 2017, where he serves as director of finance and she works in pastoral care.
