DHS Spanish classes to celebrate Dia de los Muertos this Friday

Dalhart High School’s Spanish III and Spanish IV classes are inviting the people of Dalhart to a Dia de los Muertos celebration this Friday, November 2.

Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, is a traditional Hispanic celebration to honor those who have passed on. It was showcased in the movie “Coco” by Pixar, which brought the celebration to the attention of many Americans for the first time.
