My name is Bob Bailey, and I was born and raised in Dalhart. I am a 1990 graduate of Dalhart High School and a 1993 graduate of Texas A&M University. I started working in the family business at an early age. I am the second generation to own and manage Bailey Flying Service with offices also in Plainview, Texas and Wilcox, Arizona along with satellite locations in Guymon and Boise City, OK. I have started several other business entities since returning home from college that include Bailey RoWorks, Bailey Transportation and Cornerstone Ventures.

I am currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Hartley County Appraisal District, Convention Chairman of the National Agricultural Aviation Association and Vice President of the New Mexico Agricultural Aviation Association of which he held the office of President from 2010 thru 2016. I was the President of the Texas Agricultural Aviation Association in 2013 and President of the National Agricultural Aviation Association in 2008. In 2011, I was appointed to the Texas Boll Weevil Eradication Foundation Board of Directors by then Texas Agriculture Commissioner Todd Staples. I have also served on various boards for several Agricultural Aviation Associations since returning home from college to take over the family business.
