County approves interlocal agreement

Both the Dallam and Hartley County Commissioners Courts met Monday morning, November 14.

Hartley County approved three resolutions. The first resolution was an interlocal agreement with Panhandle
Regional Planning Commission (PRPC) regarding the Hartley Water Supply Corporations (HWSC) for application assistance and as potential project engineering administrator, if funded.
