With the 2013 Amendment Election and 2014 Primary Elections quickly approaching, Kay Howell, Dallam County Tax Assessor / Voter Registrar and Terri Banks, Dallam County & District Clerk / Elections Administrator would like to remind voters of the new photo identification law now in effect.
