Golden Wolves honor railroaders

Sixty-seven days after the Goodwell fatalities the memories and tributes are still fresh on our minds of our friends and neighbors, John Hall, Brian Stone and Dan Hall. Stone was a retired chain gang member from the Pack. And, Dan Hall was a 1975 graduate and an offensive tackle for the Wolves. D. Hall received the Rotary Fighting Heart Award in 1975. Also, the late Jimmy C. Hall, D. Halls brother was the Drum Major for the Marching Wolves 1974-75 and 1975-76.
The 2012-2013 Golden Wolves Marching Band took the field at half time to honor railroad personnel and the men and women who have worked and served as a support team for this vital employer in the panhandle. “Would all railroad personnel, their families and any member in the stands that are were friends of the men from attend.
